Seattle Based Dog and Family Photographer
Hey, I’m Margot. Otherwise known as the treat lady.
I’m a Seattle- based lifestyle family, dog and in home photographer and yes, that is my dog tattooed on my arm. I’m not really one for these long bios but one thing that you have to know about me is that I’m obsessed with dogs. Not just mine, but yours too. Here are some fun facts about me:
I have two dogs, Monty and Frankie. Monty is a 90 pound Doberman/ German Shepherd mix. He struggles with dog reactivity and dog aggression. Frankie is 100% ham and will be your best friend if you throw her toy. She will also use you as her mattress.
I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember - dog was my first word. I love dogs of all shapes and sizes, from breeder to rescue, and, as a dog foster, I understand various dog behaviors which help me capture the personality of your furry companion.
I love to travel and have been lucky to have lived abroad in Edinburgh, Scotland, Paris, France, Sydney, Australia and Queenstown, New Zealand. In the past year, I’ve completed the Annapurna Base Camp Trek in Nepal and gone on Safari in South Africa.
I love hobbies, it’s kind of a problem. A few of my favorites are wood working, painting murals in my house, diving, hiking and camping.
I originally started my photography journey as a food photographer and have been employed by many bakeries and restaurants. If you scroll way back on my Instagram you’ll see some of those photos.
I worked a lot of jobs before I decided what I wanted to do with my life. I’ve been a bartender, bakery worker, blogger, social media manager, dog walker/ sitter, admin assistant, Seattle recreation sports manager, camp counselor… you get the point!
