Pumpkin Patch Photoshoot with Monty and Gibson

When my friend Stephanie reached out to me to take the pups to a pumpkin patch to pick out pumpkins I was immediately in! We packed up our matching bandana’s threw the pups in the car and met in Enumclaw at the Thomasson Family Farm. We decided to go during the week in the morning and met at the farm around 10am to avoid crowds. Lucky for us, only a couple of schools with small groups of young kids were there and the farm was fairly empty. We wanted pictures of Monty and Gibson - an unlikely pair who are both rescues from Dog Gone Seattle and ambassadogs to regular fosters who come and go through our homes. We had a wonderful time and spent about an hour and a half at the farm picking out our pumpkins and making the dogs pose in various spots around the farm. Being my dog, Monty is sick of photos and would rather look anywhere but the camera so it was quite the task. With the farm being so empty, Monty had the opportunity to run around off leash and Gibson was able to run around with his leash dragging. They loved exploring the farm and sniffing for rodents in the field. Overall we had such a great time and the photos turned out amazingly! Next fall I would love to do a shoot like this with families and engaged couples!
